User Research: Summary
To better understand the needs and frustrations of moviegoers, we conducted user research through interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis. Our findings revealed that long concession lines and inconvenient ordering processes negatively impact the movie experience, leading to missed scenes and frustration. Users expressed a strong preference for a streamlined snack-ordering solution, with 72% stating they would order more if they could skip the line, and 85% favoring a seat delivery option. Additionally, accessibility-conscious users emphasized the importance of clear navigation and multiple ordering methods. These insights shaped CineBites' design, focusing on efficiency, convenience, and an intuitive user experience

Paper Wireframes
The goal of the paper wireframes was to quickly explore different layout ideas and user flows before committing to digital wireframes. These low-fidelity sketches allowed for rapid iteration, ensuring that the app’s core structure, navigation, and key functionalities were intuitive and aligned with user needs.

Digital Wireframes
After refining ideas from the paper wireframes, I created digital wireframes in Figma to establish the core layout and functionality of CineBites. These wireframes focused on optimizing the user flow for browsing snacks, customizing orders, and completing checkout efficiently. Key elements, such as intuitive navigation, clear call-to-action buttons, and a streamlined ordering process, were prioritized to enhance the overall user experience.

Low Fidelity Prototype
The low-fidelity prototype for CineBites helps visualize the basic user flow and interactions. This prototype connected key screens, including snack selection, customization, checkout, and order confirmation. It was used for early usability testing to identify navigation pain points and ensure a smooth ordering experience before refining the design with higher-fidelity elements.
